In employment, landlord-tenant, family, probate, business and consumer disputes, I handle your matter from the first meeting to the final order in an organized, understandable way.

01The firm
Attorney at law, State Bar of Texas
I have been licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 2014. I opened my office in Austin, and most of my cases are in Travis County and the surrounding counties.
My practice focuses on employment, landlord-tenant, family, probate, business and consumer law. I handle disputes in court and also advise clients before a dispute starts, through contract and document review.
At every stage I tell my clients where their case stands, which deadlines are running and what the costs are. I do not promise outcomes; I lay out the possible paths along with their risks.
02Practice areas
Contract and document review before a dispute starts, and representation through negotiation, mediation and litigation once it does.
03How we work
You schedule a meeting by phone or WhatsApp. I listen to what happened, and we identify which deadlines are running and which documents are needed.
I review contracts, correspondence, court papers and records, list what is missing and explain where to get it.
I explain the options, such as negotiation, a demand letter, mediation or a lawsuit, along with timelines and expected costs. The decision is yours.
Once we sign a written engagement agreement, I handle the case and update you at every important step. You will receive copies of key filings.

All questionsBring any contracts, court papers, letters, emails and payment records you have. If something is missing, that is fine; we will list what is needed and where to get it. A short timeline of events in date order makes the meeting more productive.
Fees depend on the type of matter and its scope and are set out in a written engagement agreement. Depending on the case, the fee may be hourly, a flat fee or a contingency fee; a contingency fee agreement must be in writing. Fees are discussed at the first meeting rather than listed on this site.
An attorney-client relationship starts only after a conflict check and a signed engagement agreement. Calling, emailing or messaging the office does not by itself make me your attorney, so please do not send confidential details before then.
Yes. Many Texas courts offer online case search where parties can see filings and hearing dates. I also send you updates at every important step, such as a hearing date, a settlement offer or a ruling.
